After years of struggle and being disappointed by results from NoFap and whatnot, I believe I have found my personal ideal routine.

Let it be said that I suffered from extremely severe depression and anxiety, to the point where I wouldn't leave my room for days on end. Now, I have found ways to stay in the good vibes.

NUMBER 1: Bioenergetics. This is by far the best thing I havd EVER discovered. It is life changing honestly.
NUMBER 2: Reading books. Bought an e-reader with monthly subscription which is amazing. Reading is relaxing and you can learn about tons of various subjects.
NUMBER 3: Cold showers. They lower my blood pressure with around 10/20 percent. Feeling cold and calm.
NUMBER 4: NoFap. This in combination with cold showers is a very good one, honestly.
NUMBER 5: Walking everyday for 30+ min.

    What are your happy routines?

Number 1: treat myself as if i was someone worthy of care,

this comes straight from peter jordans 12 rules of life. he found, that people care less about themselves as of others. say someone is sick, and is prescribed a drug from a doctor, statistics show that the person is less likely to take the medicine if it is for himself. however, if someones pet is sick and gets prescribed a drug, he will feed it to him no matter what.

    with this comes everything:
    cold shower every morning,
    a good breakfast,
    keeping your house/flat in order,
    keeping yourself in shape,
dont eat sweets, bad foods, dont drink coffee,
    eat healthy,
    have a grooming routine.

I am still struggling with changing my myself, but the current routine(that i'm still trying to find but i have a unfinished schedule routine) i do daily.

Number 1: Playing musical instruments. Such as the Ukulele, the Ukulele is really helping out in the moment. I play it every time if i get free time or just bored out and got nothing to do.

Number 2: Currently starting a "social media stopwatch" routine, the meaning of this routine is to start using social media less frequent. Like 1 hour of Youtube, 30 minutes of Whatsapp or 46 minutes of Discord, to let my mind not be watching or texting too much.

That's pretty much about it, i'm planning on making a healthy diet or workout routine soon enough i get the chance.

  5. Just start one at a time, do it for 30 days consistently and stay with NoFap. Don't overwhelm yourself because it makes it harder to solidify your new habits into an automatic process.

    Yeah, your right.

But because the Ukulele is basically my urge destroyer, i play it all day and i play it whenever i get a massive urge. Yeah, taking a step at a time is literally the key, thank you for reminding me this. Because during my progress, i would only stay in bed the whole time, listen to music, watching educational content in youtube everytime, texting in discord and the consequences is i see triggers every time i go to social media. This behaviour or habit is aquivalent to laziness and i'm trying to stop this habit so i won't relapse in the near future.

The goal isn't to stop porn. The goal also isn't to do anything that makes me happy. The whole point is doing whatever I want to do, but at least I feel good about it.

#1 - Work out at least 5 times per week
    #2 - Reading every day
    #3 - Journaling
#4 - Cleaning my living space every Sunday
#5 - Visualizing success every morning.

I'll admit that it's been tough to stick to this routine recently as these are tumultuous times. When I can do all of these things, it is easy to see self-improvement.

I used to do this every morning:
    1. Little excersise
    2. Contrast shower
    3. Meditation
    4. Good breakfast

Now I don't do any of that, and I was feeling so much better when I used to do it! ;)

  13. Cold shower was my favorite routine during this summer but now it's too damn cold in Canada. I try to meditate everyday (at night), I do my things during day, I study for hours and I only think about meditation during night.
