The Push-Up Daily Challenge

    Did my W.A.T.C.H protocol with my 1 KG dumbbells to do 1 set of;

    1.Alternating Dumbbell Curls (60 goal 60)
    2.Alternating Reverse Dumbbell Curls (30 goal 30-60)
    3.Alternating Crucifix Dumbbell Curls (25 goal 30)
    4.Simultaneous Crucifix Dumbbell Curls(25 goal 30)
    5.Standing Dumbbell Pectoral Fly’s (25 goal 30)
    6.Alternating Dumbbell Presses (25 goal 30) 7.Alternating Dumbbell Front Raises (25 goal 30)
    8.Simultaneous Arm Circles (25 goal 30)
    9.Don't know the name of this, just that it was done by Al Treloar's. Where I had to stand fully strait up with my my arms fully reached out over my head in hammer position, to then (with my legs are fully locked straight when doing this) have my upper body bending over to 45 degrees with my dumbbells switching to over hand positiom then to go back up & then my hand position going back to hammer position.

    I took 2 days out to get recovered. Yesterday I did some exercises for abs.

    And today I did:
    1x20 regular pushups (warmup)
    3x20 archer-pushups (10 per side)
    3x15 diamond-pushups
    2x30 staggered pushups (15 per arm)
    2x12 reversed pushups
    2x30 one-arm-pushup on a wall (15 per arm)

    Nothing bad, I'm fine! ;) Sometimes your muscles need one or two days to recover from the training. But you won't lose your progress and you'll be fit next time, when you do the exercises! :emoji_ok_hand:

    Feel good with today's session, though I wish I did it earlier in the day and not watched YouTube before it, so to have more time to add other exercises, like short strength training exercise or to get back into Hindu Squats and Hindu Push-ups, a cardio session & a cool down stretch.

  17. Just did 25 with my feet stacked. The bottom of my foot feels bruised so I’m trying to let it heal

    My update, before NoFap- 0 pushups
    After 30 days-7 pushups in a single go(for some reason I'm not fat or obese but Idk why I'm overweight even though I'm kinda lean).
