    Thanks for the compliment , my target is 60 at a single go during Christmas. What's your pushup number in a single go?

    Depends, sometimes 5 sometimes 1, depending on how tired i was, usually after 70s i would go individual or dual
     
  4. You might not be doing in good form, I e your back isn't in a straight line and sagging on one side.
     
  5. Cool mine is 30 before I can move to adding a double set of 1 arm assisted push-ups then regular push-ups

    Did my W.A.T.C.H protocol with my 1 KG dumbbells to do 1 set of;

    1.Alternating Dumbbell Curls (60 goal 60)
    2.Alternating Reverse Dumbbell Curls (30 goal 30-60)
    3.Alternating Crucifix Dumbbell Curls (25 goal 30)
    4.Simultaneous Crucifix Dumbbell Curls(25 goal 30)
    5.Standing Dumbbell Pectoral Fly’s (25 goal 30)
    6.Alternating Dumbbell Presses (25 goal 30) 7.Alternating Dumbbell Front Raises (25 goal 30)
    8.Simultaneous Arm Circles (25 goal 30)
    9.Don't know the name of this, just that it was done by Al Treloar's. Where I had to stand fully strait up with my my arms fully reached out over my head in hammer position, to then (with my legs are fully locked straight when doing this) have my upper body bending over to 45 degrees with my dumbbells switching to over hand positiom then to go back up & then my hand position going back to hammer position.

    Done it again got distracted by YouTube before exercising and was panicking getting to you and was late. Feel sad about it.

    1x20 regular pushups
    3x15 diamond-pushups
    3x20 archer-pushups (10 per side)
    2x30 staggered pushups (15 per arm) (last one failure)
    3x30 soulder tap on plank (15 per arm)
    3x30 plank arm raises (15 per arm)
    2x10 reversed pushups
    1x15 reversed pushups (failure)
    3x30 sec reversed plank hold
    3x30 one-arm-pushup on a wall (15 per arm)

    Don't feel pleased with myself today as I got distracted by YouTube again (Not as long as I normally do though) & pmod twice today & I feel like crap because of it.

    I can understand that, I feel the same (more worse when I pmod to often in the last days, it takes energy). But important is that you don't give up and continue with your progress! You've reached a lot as I can see on your protocol!

    Feel better today & upped my reps on push-ups and rows so I feel good.

    lol , i really love push ups , it's beautiful to have an habit .I started with 50 push ups .
    I can't fall asleep if i did not all the daily push ups , it's a personal challenge. And it requires only about 10 minutes.
