Urges Killing Songs :)

I'm a big fan of hip-hop and rap rock, so my songs would probbaly won't help you guys that much (i hope it helps, lol).



Lets be forreal if it wasn't for the pills i wouldn't be here but if i keep taking these pills i won't be here (yeah)

The song itself doesn't have any rational lines, but it gives me a clear understanding when your in an addiction or depression.



I'll stop my plans but you'll have to tie me down and then brake both my hands

This song helps me out, whenever i get urges it kills off the urge. You would have to listen to the whole album of this band in order to sympathize.

Songs by The Doors are just magical. They always carry me in some weird psychedelic world and have helped me through the probably toughest time in my life so far.

A little more contemplative, but I feel like “Circles” by Mac Miller is always really inspiring in this regard. Talks about a lot of the feelings that accompany a fall to temptation, and a reminder of what you’ll feel like if you choose to keep “going in circles.”

Also, so much of Twenty One Pilots talks about overcoming temptation and personal struggle. “Holding On To You” has a great line that I find inspiring every time:
“Fight it, take the pain, ignite it
Tie a noose around your mind
Loose enough to breath fine and tie it
