  2. Unfortunately I relapsed.
    A number of things went wrong and I made mistakes.
    I documented everything in detail in my journal to avoid the same mistakes.
    I am sorry to disappoint you brothers, I had a good streak and I broke it, I feel sad and ashamed about this.

    I am not quitting however. PMO is weaker inside me as compared to when I started this challenge.
    I will continue fighting until I have attained freedom, permanently free from PMO usage.
    And I will try to help others along the way.

    I didn't relapse but i fantasised about porn before sleep and had a wet dream so i consider it as fatal mistake..
    So back to day 0 and now i am going to control myself even better

    Day 2- finish drawing something but didn’t turn in my homework so I’m screwed also the urges are getting stronger. I need to make a plan of action. Any ideas you guys?

  10. Day 1 starts for me today. Even though I didn't MO last night (I did yesterday morning though), I did read this erotic manhwa (Korean manga) I've been keeping up without about every week. If giving up that pleasure of reading that manhwa is what it takes to reach my goal of kicking my PMO addiction, then so be it. The next 2-3 months are very important to me because I will face challenges in my personal life and I need all the energy I can get to conquer them. Plus, I'm preparing for the No PMO War on the Conquered Self website and I've never won one. I'm also preparing for No Nut November, which is something I've never succeeded in either. Here's to the challenges ahead!

    I relapse today in the bathroom, I don’t know why I did it but I just brought my phone in and one thing lead to another. But I won’t give up I need my strength no matter what! I can beat this addiction!

    Hey Beni your urges come from your brains dopamine cravings and the paths you've threaded make you do it again by these urges thats your motivation, but the thing you want is another sort of motivation which comes from understanding-awareness of what PMO is and what are the consequences like forgetfulness,low concentration,quick mental tiredness,lack of control,impatience and boredom.To develop understanding motivation you have to study it and how to overcome it everyday.I recommend you to start with good quality sleep and moderation in eating as well as learning to plan and organize your day in advance.
