At what age did you discover nofap?

When I was in middle school but I didn't think much about this community nor taking it seriously until about 2 years ago. This community is awesome

I found out about this at 16 but didn't start to use it until I was 17. I started using this site in the end of june 2020.
(I think it was 27th June)

 

28 and started using the site at 29 almost 30, waaay to f**king late...but then again, I also started to get seriously addicted quite late compared to people nowdays, because back then there was no such an easy access to it, still feels almost like a complete decade wasted.

 

I was 33 Years old. In the 2015.

I know the porn since my 23 years old for First time. I started after of my adolescent.

 

14, now I'm 17 and still not successful at it

 

Started doing NoPMO by myself when I was 14. I knew about this site since I was 15, started using it 1-2 years later in 2020.

I started the concept in 2008 when I was around 13. I quit porn in 2010 and never watched it to this day, but had a huuuuuge problem with MO'ing, one night stands, and other non-commitment behaviours. I finally sucked it up and came to the Reddit page in 2016 (21) before joining the site in 2017 (22).

 

29. I never even thought that I had a problem or that porn addiction was even a thing. I spent most of my life believing that it was a totally normal thing to do.

 

Don't worry or feel guilty about one night's adventures. They are great.

Remember that we are here to reject the idea of porn addiction. We men have had one-night experiences for thousands of years. Our grandparents and parents had them too. Don't feel guilty about it. Stay away from addiction to porn and masturbation. The rest, from my point of view, is totally normal. Unless you are looking for a formal relationship with a person at this time in your life.

Remember that formal relationships also bring hundreds of problems in life. Our life will not be rosy just to stop using porn. Remember this.
