Hi I’m new to this but thought I needed to join to fight this once and for all!

My problems started way back about 20 years ago when I was first exposed to the Internet, I’m 36 now. I’ve always had this kink inside of me and liked role play but that soon escalated. Over time it got to the point where I found myself edging and jerking while paying hot women to humiliate me. This has gone on for many years but today it’s stopping! I will recover and have a normal life and porn and fap will be beaten!

    Amen brother,

I know the feeling and I've come here from a similar background. Best of luck to you in your mission.

Welcome to the community. Start a journal and keep daily updates of your progress along with a tracker. You've already made the most important step which is admitting you have a problem and joining this community. Remember, NoFap is a means to an end, not an end itself. It's up to you to decide where you want NoFap to take you. You're going to be cutting out some substantial parts of your life and how you cope with problems, you need to find replacement habits and ways to deal with negativity that are healthy.

    Again, welcome!

Thank mate, It’s nice to hear from likeminded people who have/had the same issues. This thing has a grip on me and I’ve effectively been tightening that grip with my own actions! It’s going to be a battle but I know things will improve. However listening to people talk, I’m guessing it will get worse before improve

Hey man, I think that’s pretty much the thing. I’ll never switch off these urges or stop being addicted but it’s about how I deal with negativity. The old way would be.. when I’m low, to go lower and self destruct! It will seem like a void, it’s going to be very hard and I’m sure relapses will occur but being strong is the key. Thanks for your kind words
