Day 1. Didn’t get anything done yesterday, but good thing is that’s the second time in a row I’ve not turned a relapse into a binge. That was something I used to do all the time.

Im not doing my best in my life for a couple weeks,

Wasting time everyday, i was thinking that maybe my streak isnt build by positive habbit,,,

I see your 18 years old. I’m 23 and just started on this journey this year. You’ve noticed the importance of no PMO a lot earlier than me, probably than most of us. You should be proud of starting early that just means your a step ahead. Keep your head up and keep going!
