3 days NoFap - High urges , watching random women

    Have successfully completed 3 days nofap. However , I'm having urges to porn & masturbate.
    Today, at multiple instances, I got high urges wherever i saw female characters. I'm ashamed to say all these, but here i go - news anchor, anime picture, any celebrity pic, amazon clothes section, neighbour women even older than me.
    My brain keeps telling me to just watch a nude pic of a pornstar and stop there, may be edging. But i know, this will surely lead to masturbation. Im keeping my phone away all these times.

    Please help to stop these urges. Now i realised how perverted I've become once i tried to stop. Wherever i go, i keep objectify women and think of sexual thoughts.
     
  2. If that's something our bodies have become used to doing over a long period of time, it won't be easy, in fact it may be impossible, to turn those habits off right away. Don't be discouraged! That's exactly what this place is all about.

    Having a phone really is a struggle. Even if it's not explicitly pornographic, triggering content is everywhere on the Internet. I'm also trying to make a serious effort to limit how much time I spend with my phone close by, so let's work on that together! My first rule is that the phone does not go in the bathroom with me, ever. I used to spend a lot of time sitting on the toilet and just scrolling through memes or news, but even that often led me to PMO. No more!

  4. Hey man, good that you're reaching out! I think it helps if you, at those moments, start doing something else instead! Go for a run, practice a song on that dusty guitar in the corner, draw something idk. Focus your attention on something else. These things that you keep seeing are your triggers for looking at porn, if you go do something else at the point that you are triggered, you can rewire your brain. It's easier said than done, but since you are aware of your problem, you can definitely do it! Good luck!!
    (I'm no expert btw, I'm only on day 3, but give it a shot ;))
