30 Day Healthy Food Challenge

    To the days left in the coffee challenge, I will reduce the amount of ground coffee to 5 ml. That’s one teaspoon ;)

    Before I did a coffee challenge a year ago or so, the amount of ground coffee I used per cup was 67.5 ml (2.3 oz). No wonders I had headache for seven days when I suddenly stopped!

    I’ve already had a coffee for the 29th day but for the last the I’m going for 1 ml ground coffee instead of five, just to celebrate.

    30/30 - max one coffee per day, challenge completed.

    I just had a normal coffee and it was nice. Problem is, my body doesn’t seem to think one coffee per day is little enough. Maybe I will start having a pseudo-coffee with 1 ml ground coffee every second day or so, I will have to think about it.

    Ok, now I'm going to try something new! Instead of limiting the number of coffees (and amount of ground coffee) I have per day, I'm going to give myself a certain amount of ground coffee every day. Then it's up to me how I use it and I can even save it to coming days. If I want a strong coffee, well, then I have to save some ground coffee for a few days... :D
    I'm allowed to calibrate the amount of ground coffee I get during the challenge as long as I write it here. I'm starting with 6 ml ground coffee per day. First day is already accomplished.

    1/30 - gave myself 6 ml ground coffee

    Hi @Force Majeure ! A combination of work + anxiety caused by the election here, and the conflict surrounding it, knocked me out of course for a while.

    But I'm back and ready to start pursuing my goals again!
