Hey man. Good luck with this challenge! It's great that you are trying to get off PMO and I have been trying to as well. I would seriously get ready for urges in this first week and even stronger urges during week 2. You're really going to be tempted to PMO, but if you do resist your willpower becomes stronger and you're that much closer to a porn-free life. There is nothing that porn gives you in return except a short rush. It damages your brain as well as your physical and social health and is worth nothing to you in the long run. Do not let yourself get stuck in a relapse chain that depletes all of your energy to the point where you have very little willpower/discipline. Suffer now and you will see significant changes in what may be your entire lifetime. Always look at the big picture every time you go through the pain of withdrawal and what you'll become if you develop this self-control. I would also suggest eating healthy as often as you can because it really helps you stay energized and alert which is critical while you get urges. Exercising is also very helpful if not necessary because of the extra energy that is released as well as the endorphin release which improves your mood. That's all and I hope you continue with your reboot because it is worth it!

Thank you. Thank you very much for your inspirational words. I'll remember that. You are right that porn only helps us in ruining our own lives. I'm trying to start eating healthy. But, it's very difficult for me as I love eating (and my mom is an awesome cook :) ). And, I've started exercising 5 or 6 days ago. As of now, I'm only doing some push ups. Coz I don't know much about exercises. Anyways, thank you again and hope you achieve your goals.
    Stay Strong. :)

so it's 5/7 now. yesterday started with a wet dream. so, the day was relatively easier..everything was good until evening.

In the evening, I don't know why but I was being angry on literally everything. Don't know why.

And, I knew that if I follow my daily routine, I'll relapse. So, I went to my grandpa and went to bed an hour before with earphones plugged in. That certainly helped me and I'm still strong.

    Hope y'all are going good.
Stay strong, you can do it.
    Just don't give it up.

are y'all counting? it's 9/7 now :). Came back after this long coz my sister was home and she checks my phone every now and then & I don't want anyone to know about my addiction.

One more to go for a double digit streak. It's getting harder and harder now. 8th and 9th day were manageable but today seems too tough to handle.

Talking about the reward, I haven't yet bought the sandals (procrastination, you know). and, this weeks reward is a pair of jeans (I badly need one. I've to start my uni this week)

    So, tell me how was your week @SerpentEagleHeart, @ChangeofDavid, @The 1000 Water Fists, @RagingH18, @Musta, @ChundaKing, @Lion'sDenDaniel, @DKO?
