    So if you are on this forum don't forget that Indians had the concept of NoFap since centuries.
    Brahmacharya is now considered as something you know filthy. My question is WHY? It is the most beautiful thing that can ever happen to you. In hindi it is known as amrit(a syrup considered by Sikhs to be divine). It is so difficult that one in a million could do this. But you the one who is reading this CAN DO IT.

    Brahmacharya can be translated as sexual and energy integrity. When I practice brahmacharya fully, I am strong and full of vigor. When I am honoring my energy and other people's energy by avoiding porn use and masturbation/edging, I built my Ojas, which is an element of personal magnetism.
