17 years old newbie want to save his life

Hey everyone my name is James i am 17 years old currently doing graduation, I started watching porn when I am 13 years old. I am not aware whether it was wrong or right. I used to have a friend who were Elder than me and I get pushed into that direction or was miss guidance, but ad the time passed and I learn more about this I started becoming aware of the right information and go to know that this thing demerits in a large way, but till that time I got addicted, And O was knowing this is not good, but I was unable to get out of it as it was too difficult and become a part of my daily routine, so I started researching on this topic because I wanted to talk on it but there no anyone with whom I can share my story and then I found NoFap community where people with same problem join and help each others to get out of it and here I am posting my first post.


I want to get out of addiction I am planning my first goal to be kept is 21 and i start improving i will be increasing the days maybe 90 days.

 

Day 2 I controlled after day 2 I was alone in my house then my mind says let's watch porn when i am scrolling YouTube suddenly a video came of How to stop addiction of porn then I created this account.
