Hello, I'm new to NoFap but have come here out of finally facing my reality.

I have been using P as a MO aide for awhile now, for many years in fact. Until now, I have always coped fine with it, I have been able to maintain erections while with partners, I just suffered with DE which wasn't a bad thing and SO's have never had an issue with me O'ing myself while they visually or physically stimulated me.

This was until recently where things have taken a drastic turn, suddenly I have found I have ED as well as DE. This happened around 4 months ago which I noticed with a partner but I assumed I just wasn't attracted to her, anyway, fast forward and I'm in another relationship with a woman I love, everything is perfect except for the ED and DE. I'm able to get aroused but frequently see my erection fade after 3-4 minutes of VP which is definitely a newer issue. I discovered this movement via Reddit while searching for my issues and whether others have the same issue.

I have O'd with a SO about 3/4 times in my entire life and I never really thought it was a problem as my partners have always just enjoyed the length of time it took and then took part in the ending, but the ED is a issue which has made this harder, including one embarrassing situation where I had to explain to my current partner that she is extremely attractive to me & it wasn't her, which she has believed (I think) and is supporting me while also motivating me to only O with her.

Anyway, I searched the forums and didn't really find perfectly fitting threads which offered me comfort or advice. I just want my ED problem to be over like it used to be and if possible, my constant DE problem to be cured, I have no fear of PE in future as I have seen some people swing from one extreme to the other as my partner would be so unbelievably happy for me to O from just her and her input.

Any advice, similar testimonies would be great. Just want to see if I'm alone in this bizarre turn of events.

    Welcome
Please, start studying carefully what's happening in your mind > https://oceanrecoverycentre.com/2016/07/the-ultimate-guide-to-overcoming-internet-porn-addiction/

First time without porn will be stressful , but if you resist , in some months you will feel reborn.

If the first times a person relapse easly, it's okay.
The streaks becomes even longer , day by day.
Don't porn anymore, it's better to struggle and at the last to relapse than to look at porn.
No more instagram pictures of models. No more erotic imagines , erotic stories or erotic asmr.
If you experience ''flatline'' and low libido , resist.

We should improve in all area of our life, just being dissatisfied or stressed makes us relapse.

An effective weapon to overcome urges and thoughts : mindfulness.
The brain will try to win you and to get some triggers for the seek of dopamine. Resist

It's really necessary a long jouyney with no PMO for some months , than you can try to add sex slowly at least after 2 months.
Do not relapse , it will make it more complicated.

Thank you. I really appreciate your input, etc. I have abstained today and have noticed that I actually craved the release throughout the day, which shows there was a significant problem. I am looking forward to continuing this P abstinence as well as MO abstinence & I see my partner again in 9 days, hopefully this will maybe show improvements in that department but I will keep updating my profile.
