@Teutão I would recommend checking out the Metascript method by the Universal Man - it's free, short and he adresses the "tackling of your uncounscious programming" that you were mentioning.

 

Day 4,
Had a wet dream for the first time after like 7 or 8 years. Feels awesome to see some progress. I also noticed I don't get erection at random times like I did. Just great.
Btw do you know whether Faust (-Goethe) contains any erotic parts (I would like to give it a try)?

I think I need to write it here
The last months (actually the last years) were very weird from me. As I graduated from school I went to an university and I think I regret it. I know its normal at the beginning that you cant handle the first topics. But I cant imagine to work in this education (if I graduate...)
The last times I didnt regret the relapses. With those stressful times with online class and without gym (we got a light quarantine where you can go further shopping but closed the gyms because of the hIgH rIsKs On InFeCtIoNs) it is very hard for me to live that way.
Any suggestions?

 

Hi @RiseToGreatness ,I've decided to do a full reset and so will be resetting my counter after 199 days. Too many fishing times (thumbnails, reading about different sites, actually clicking on some sites but not playing their videos, going on dating sites, etc...) on avg about once a month, keeping the lust alive - so although I have not been technically watching videos I have been sniffing around enough, and I think I just need to restart everything now.
