    Relapsed again!!

    I guess I am binging....Last night I stayed up late: I didn't want to! Then I got bored. Actually I was sleepy. I misread my body's signal. Then I played with my tits. I was consciously avoiding it for months! I knew that if I touched my tits I'll cum eventually within an hour. And I did. If I had not done that, I would never have got aroused and never relapsed!

    So what I've got to look out for?
    # Stay away from tits
    # Sleep early!!
    # Be mindful of what my body really needs.

    M is not a necessity for me, right now. So it is unhealthy. When I really do it because I need it, then it means I'm ok.

    So, I guess it is back to day 0/146

  4. 913/913, challenge finally completed!!

    I created and joined this challenge when I had been off porn for three months. Now, 27 months later and 30 months without porn, it's finally time to say good bye. @Hros was the first one to complete this challenge and I am now the second. I hope you other fellows do your best to reach the whole way to the finish line. Fight hard and stay strong!
