Edging

You have already relapsed. Edging is not allowed. To reboot, you need to stop masturbating and looking at porn for around 90 days. So you already have to restart. Might as well bust and start over. No, you will not get your benefits if you are edging. That is a form of masturbating.

 

I guess that depends on what your goal is. If your goal is to last longer than edging is one of the ways there.

Edging is foreplay. Eventually it will lead to releasing. Before you enter the highway you go slowly... checking traffic and then boom you enter highspeed zone, and once you're in there's no slowing down. If you have no intention of having sex or ejaculating, then there is no point in edging. You will build up tension and put your body in an uncomfortable state.

Why would you reset on purpose? Ten days is good - but don't edge any more going forward. Focus on going one day at a time, and pull yourself back in line.

 

If you did end up without finishing, just let it go! Saying to yourself that you should reset and bust it anyway is a lie! Try hard not to but if you did edge its ok, take back the control. Through urges, through edging, keep pushing forward!
