Do you think not looking at porn and artificial sexual stimulation makes you appreciate your eye candy more?

Something that I have noticed is when I can't access any porn and artificial sexual stimulation for a while, and I haven't properly seen anything like that is it somewhat actually makes me into more of a pervert.

What I mean by that is when I see a hot female on tv in a tv programme, in a movie, or in real life, I will get thoughts thinking man how good does she look, and then I sometimes get some perverted thoughts.

The strange thing is when I am regularly looking at porn and artificial sexual stimulation I don't usually feel this way, or have these thoughts when I see attractive women in tv programmes, movies, in real life. But when I haven't seen the porn and artificial sexual stimulation for a while it's as if I start to more just look at any attractive female I see, on tv or in real life, and it's as if it makes me have more perverted thoughts. Like when I am regularly watching porn and artificial sexual stimulation and then I see these attractive women on tv programmes, movies, in real life I hardly look at these women in this perverse way. But when I am not engaging in porn and artificial sexual stimulation online I begin to look at these women on tv programmes, movies, in real life in this perverse way. They begin to look so much better when I haven't been on the porn and artificial sexual stimulation. Like every single attractive female I see on tv or in real life I'm thinking omg look at her.

i noticed this too. I'm trying to retrain my mind to think of women on TV, movies, and especially real-life as whole human beings not a bunch of parts (ass, tits, face). I walk past women in the store and look back if they are attractive. This has gotten me in trouble at least once. My better half and I live in an extended stay inn. I was in the lobby waiting for an office worker to arrive and a very attractive Asian walked back and I got up, whipped my head around, and stared at her backside. Moments later, some guy came in and told me not to do that shit again or he'd beat me up. I didn't understand what he was talking about. After I got my business done, I left the lobby and left the building, and as I was walking past a car right outside the building, the Asian woman came out and I stopped to look at her. The guy was the driver and yelled, "I told you not to do that!". I finally figured out what he was talking about. I really need to be more subtle. LOL I haven't seen either of them since so I think the girl was a resident of the inn and I'm guessing she moved out. Yes, as we are rebooting, we have to reteach our minds to think differently of women than a piece of ass. I'm working on that now. We are not done when we finish rebooting. There are a few other things we have to do after that.

Same here. When I stop watching porn the surrounding women just become sexier. I notice boobs and ass more and Imagination goes wild.

  4. I don't know if its politically correct but I think it's kind of the purpose = initiate contact with girls/other people in order to build healthy connections and needs regulation. Because we are recovering its quite intense now but it'll fade.

  5. That is because when you constantly watch porn, your brain is oversaturated with dopamine so its not reacting to other visual cues. On the other hand, once you have abstained from porn for awhile, your dopamine levels that your brain got used to are fluctuating therefore your brain craves dopamine hit so it amplifies the feeling of horniness and tries to extract any sort of cue from your life to get some sort of dopamine hit, or to get you back to porn.

Don't worry about it, its a normal thing and it happens to everyone. Do your best not to watch these kind of stuff, and whenever you notice that you think of anything sexual or anything that might endanger your reboot, shift your thoughts to something else.
Its going to pass if you abstain from it for a specific time

I think it may be a case of sensitisation. Now that you’ve ditched P&M and all the artificial/fake characters within that shit, you now only see the real woman of this world. Definitely a positive thing though because now you’re becoming attracted to real woman and not that bullshit online

  7. It does. Because since we overload our minds with porn, the women we see everyday probably does not match up to with what we use to watch. So when you quit indulging in Porn the women around you look even better. It is not a bad thing, I would say its good. But it does get bad when you become perverted.
