  5. I'd suggest NoFap for 90-180 days.

    I'd also consider asking yourself these questions: How often do you masturbate? How much Porn do you watch? What is your masturbation technique? Is it gentle and slow or is it tight and fast? You ideally want to be gentle and slow. Furthermore, do you suffer from any sort of performance anxiety? or would you say its mainly a sensitivity issue.

    Lastly, i would suggest going to see a doctor to rule out any possible underlying issues.

  6. You will get to eventually get there bro. It took me like 2 hours 47 mins one my first go (Yes, i timed it exactly lol). Now i can do it in 5 mins and if i go more than 5 days without then its 1-2 mins! It may seem impossible now but that's the reality.

    Your story is very relatable. I remember sweating a lot, so much that the chair/bed had sweat marks on it, after hours of trying to get this right. Just keep trying and making sure to avoid prone at all costs.

    How to cum tips: lie upright in your bed (in a undisturbed room), turn on the HD porn (i hate to condone this but its the only way for us hardcore guys), USE LUBE, focus on feeling as much pleasure as you can (as minimal as it is), after the pre-cum, you need to start adding a bit more speed and force.     The main point of shifting from prone to conventional is because Prone masturbation is 100x worse than conventional masturbation & causes more sexual issues & therefore mental issues. Also bro, be honest, how many people on this forum are realistically going to quit masturbation forever? For most, eventually a relapse will happen, this can be after 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, etc. And when they do relapse, they will most likely resort to prone! At least if they know the conventional way, it will be in a less destructive way! Plus the conventional method is beneficial to know when having sex! For example, when you want to pull out or for the freaky guys on here, when you want to bust on your girls face/mouth/wherever.

    Also one more thing, not all guys have the option of replacing masturbation with normal sex. For many, prone has caused such a scar that their relationships and sexual confidence have also suffered. In a perfect world, i'd agree with what your saying bro but it's not as simple as that, due to prone being so addictive.

    1) This is a tough one because it depends. If you are a heavy porn user and masturbate excessively then yes of course. These random ED-waves will go away in time, but may take 3-4 months. Your quite early in your journey, so in about 6-9 months you should find your erections have improved, just be patience. Once you master the conventional method, just masturbate less and do NoFap challenges (7 day-30-day-90 day). This will also improve your erections, not to mention giving up porn for good.

    2) This is almost impossible for someone like me to give an accurate answer on. Prone is apparently only done by about 5-10% of men and IMO i believe at least 80% of those who do it have some sort of sexual issue. I believe guys who started having sex in their late teens/20s are also more likely to have ED because they would have spent longer doing it, compared to the ones who had sex in their mid-teens. After 12 months, i would expect most people to not need medication to cum during sex. The sildenafil is just for the first few times to assist you and give you confidence. After you achieve that, you will soon condition yourself to the vagina, just like you did when learning the conventional way!

    3) Bro just calm down and trust the process. If you follow all my tips you will restore back to normal and you will live a healthy and active social life. This is not a quick fix but it is a FIX. Your erections will soon become solid and you will feel like your 15 again. Yes, in general erections do get more difficult as you get to like 50/60+ but that's got nothing to do with you.     4) Well it depends how realistic these sex toys are. Some of them are actually more stimulating than the vagina itself and some are quite similar.   9. Bro i've answered this several times & its on my article. Yes, NoFap alone can help treat it but it's not the long-term solution imo, especially for someone as young as yourself, where your hormones all over the place.

    My advice is this: if you can 100% keep to your word and stay disciplined to never masturbate again, then do NoFap. If deep down you know your going to relapse eventually, then learn the conventional method. After you master it then go on NoFap. Because what we don't want to happen is you do 30+ days of NoFap and then you relapse to prone. Usually when people relapse, they don't just prone once, they go on a rampage lol. This then basically erases all your progress and means you basically wasted 30 days of hard work. At least if you learn the conventional method and relapse, then it's in a less destructive way. Also the conventional method is beneficial in sex bro, to pull out and when your getting hand jobs.

  11. Bro, 6 weeks is nothing, you just need to be patient & that will soon change. This process can take between 6-12 months to see positive change, yet people think they can do it in a few months. We are essentially erasing years of bad practice, so its going to take time. Follow my tips bro, they will guide you. Have you succeeded in conventional masturbation yet? Or have you just quit it? Erections will improve in about 4-6 months.

    my case is getting slightly better with time, but i still get randomly some days (normally after each other) where i'm having the problems mentioned in my first and third question, thanks a lot for your helpful tips i'm going to start applying them.

    may i ask:
    1- what i mean by ED-Waves is actually that my erections get sometimes somewhat weaker for like half a minute during masturbation (but i rarely lose them completely), is this acceptable in the long run, or should it get better?

    2- i can also sometimes masturbate and have excellent erection only by using my imagination or looking at normal pictures, doesn't that eliminate the possibility of me having a PIED?

    This is so normal bro. I literally had the same exact thing. The erections would go down for a bit and then i'd either load up another video or stroke a bit harder and then they would return. This is typical when in the early stages of learning the conventional method and is a product of prone masturbation. I will tell you now, this is not something you will experience in the long run! It will go away, as long as you quit prone and follow the plans. It can take anywhere between 1-8 months however before it goes away.

    I'm no expert but that's a pretty good sign that you either have very minimal PIED or No PIED whatsoever. However it depends on what pictures you are masturbating too and some may say that if you are imagining porn in your mind then essentially its the same thing. In my opinion however, it seems as if you are good.

    It's tough for me to answer this one truthfully as i'm essentially just like you, i'm just 2 years more into my journey than you are and i've learnt some tricks along the way. I've herd of guys who have fully recovered from prone after doing 30 years of it! I believe that in 95% of cases it's irreversible. The human body is remarkable, it's adaptive by nature and learns quick. In our cases, we just need to remove our bad practice, to then allow our bodies to recover. I was worried just like you when i first started but it's important to not think like this and trust the process. I personally believe its your prone addiction that is making you think like this because it wants you to think 'my penis is damaged already, prone is the only way and therefore i should not quit'. This is FALSE.

    is it still reasonable to Nofap temporarily, till my Erections become completely normal again?
    NoFap doesn't have to be for the rest of your life, it's mainly needed to finalize the process and help regain further sensitivity. I remember doing it myself after mastering the conventional method and the results i found from just 30 days were definitely noticeable. In the long run however i would recommend at quitting porn and reducing how much you masturbate. But remember, your erections may take between 6-9 months to improve so if you can't do NoFap for this long, aim to do multiple 30 day challenges.
