    I need help. How do I complete my 100 days? This urge I’m feeling is making want to call my ex. Someone please help me. I completed 100 days already without PM but now, I want to go 100 days without O and I keep falling into temptation with this girls.

    I get those urges too, just focus on you and stay busy, last but not least, meditate/pray. I’ve been doing both so much lately it is almost like my soul is being cleansed as well.
