Yes definitely. In the past before I knew about nofap, when I was single I would try to go 3-5 days between fapping, to keep my cool edge haha. but seriously, around day 4 you start noticing more chicks looking at you and seeming interested. It just gets better the longer you go it seems. Im at 8 days and yesterday I had a nice looking girl looking at me and smiling when I drove by, I smiled back just got back from walmart today, I had 3 ladies checking me out there, one behind the jewelry desk, looked and smiled and I didnt really notice but then realized she was smiling at me and by then she looked away embarrassed, and the cashier was flirting with me! I know that doesnt sound like much but before I would go 6 months or more without even a second look from ANY women. Im still getting used to this but I like it!
Hopefully it will have that effect on my GF because shes the only one I really care about.

Hi Super. Here is the thing; porn abuse is an internal, secretive, and solitary activity. When we do it we focus inward. When we quit, we begin to focus on the external. Sexually, that means we focus on real women in the real world. We are no longer isolating ourselves alone in a room to indulge a secret vice, but we step out of that existence to explore the beauty around us. A porn addict mostly just staggers through the world with his head down and his eyes lowered when it comes real women.
