    you have to quit

    cold turkey

    and DONT have another peek because that will make you addicted again in a instance

    does that mean no youtube/instagram/facebook/google pictures/magazines/tvshows

    sadly yes it is

    everything is hyper sexualized in todays day and age

    please take my advice if you dont i can GUARANTEE YOU that you will struggle with this your whole life

    trust me ive seen this for over 10 years

    the withdrawl is very mild and lasts only about 1-2 weeks. but if you keep on peeking the withdrawl keeps on going and you feel like living in hell every day

    The trick is learning how to "drop stuff", I learned this ever since I started dropping shonen weekly manga that got me hooked, the sexual market has over a thousand ways of reaching out to you with a multitude of porn genres, so if you have addiction to one, drop it and dont come back to check the other stuff you'll just be switch porn addiction "X" to porn addiction "Y"
