18/12/2020 NO PMO CHALLENGE

Upgradation should happen to a Point wherever you Stand you Stand Out,So Upgrade Yourself.
(I started PMO in 2014. I am trying to quit PMO from 2016 but failing but i am trying again to quit this Crap.It destroyed my Life.)
I have started Nofap on
16 December 2020.
Relapsed on 17 December 2020.
I am going to Start NoFap again from 18 December 2020.
This will be the Last try to Quit PMO in 2020 because only 14 days left to 2021 and I want to be Successful.
I struggled a lot in 2020 to quit pmo but failed many times and i regret.
I made Progress this year
i brought down the frequency of pmo from 2/3 times per day to 4/5 times a month.
Only 2 weeks are left to 2021
(14 Days left in 2020)
I Pray To The GOD 2021 and further Life will be PMO Free For Me and you.
This is very dangerous addiction and we have to overcome it and it takes time,failures.
If you relapsed then Forgive yourself otherwise chances of relapsing again would increase and it will cause depression. You'll feel you are worthless and you can't do this.Take care this Won't happen.
so If you fail, Stand up again and Start a New Journey like Me.

1st Day.
Feeling better by the Grace of God.
I have So Much Emotional pain and there is nobody i can share my Feelings.
I am Now Building Relationship with Myself so that i don't need Anyone in my Life. If someone comes in my Life it's Fine if goes it's Fine.
I'll always Joyful for Myself.
What i suffered was horrible and i don't want to suffer anymore in future Life.
I'll Love God and Myself no matter what happens.

 

Yesterday night I was having some Strong urges to watch porn,very much Strong Urges.
My mind was tricking me to watch porn.
Mind was Justifying to watch porn,
1)Watch it for last time.
2) What will happen if you watch it Once. you are going to end up watching porn so watch it For Last Time.(This is happening with for many months.I was behaving like what my mind was saying in past months then my streak was broken and then i felt regretful.but this Time i didn't listen to my mind.)
So Kept my Phone away and took a blanket and i slept forcefully.
And In the Morning i was Feeling very Proud of myself.
"DON'T LISTEN TO YOUR MIND FOR DOING DEGRADABLE THINGS,MIND WILL PROVIDE LIST OF PLEASURE S TO YOU TO FALL BACK IN THIS CRAP.DO SOMETHING ELSE AT THAT TIME."

 

Expand the Ratio between ACTION & REWARD.

• Real Answer to Fap Or Nofap Is

This Things should not be important if you want to move Forward in your Life.

• Porn and Masturbation will fuck up Your Dopamine System.
• You are Getting free Dopamine by Masturbation and porn so Your Action and reward ratio is really fucked up.
• Suppose i am a Student and i work hard for a year for an Exam and i got Good marks then I'll get Dopamine.But by PMO you are getting in instantly in huge amount.
• "EXPAND YOUR ACTION AND REWARD RATIO"
• GOLDEN RULE
• So Do some productive things in your Life to get Dopamine & not just for dopamine For Yourself. You have one Life Don't waste in Such Bullshit.
• Some People think that they Do Nofap they'll get superpowers and they'll succeed in your Life, No my Friend you'll Get Energy and Time. YOU'LL SUCCEED ONLY BY WORKING HARD IN YOUR LIFE.
• TIME + ENERGY = LIFE
• SO INVEST YOUR LIFE IN SOMETHING WORTHWHILE.

About Sex.

• Get It Done and Get it Out of Your way.
• Sex makes so much noise in People's mind and Life.
• Nature is deceiving you to have more sex or think about it for the Process of Continuation which is the Primary Function of Sex.
• Pleasure is attached to it (sex) because you should reproduce.
• So Get it Done and Get It Out of Your Way and Focus on Bigger things in your Life.
• DON'T THINK ABOUT SEX 24*7
• The Person who indulge himself in PMO will never enjoy The Beauty of Real SEX.
• Sex is not only physical relationship between 2 partners it is also a Emotional Relationship between 2 partners.
