[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Got it. Ok so there is light at the end of the tunnel. As long it calms you down overall in long run then it's so worth it.

There is very real fear for beginners as myself that how can you keep fighting this at the high energy level you start with throughout. So as you said that it gets better and you become more focused and more good at it that is really positive

 

So I guess the time factor is one that makes it easier

I also think the energy factor is another. Like a 25 yo will have more energy then lets say a 40 yo. But then it comes to experience as well I guess. Because it increases as you age I guess.

 

Guys what is really useful is this forum and keeping in touch here. Because that is what will keep your mind in check and focused on the task. So please aim to keep reporting back as I did find it really useful in my case.

 

Day 2.

Also the last day of 2020 - the year when I actually started NoFap - I believe on 1st or 2nd of January! It has been an exciting year!
I have not watched actual porn throughout the whole year with 1 or 2 really small exceptions which is fenomenal for me, knowing that for the past 15 years I have probably watched daily sometimes multiple times a day. I had mostly longer than 2 week streaks and I did one full 90 day streak even if not the cleanest. I had severe PIED, which I cured - got back with my Ex for a bit and even though we are not together now, she now knows about my issues in the past and we had some of the best sex we have had. I met another girl, who I dated a few months and with whom I also shared my past issues and she was very accepting of it and yes, sex with her was also great. in 2019 and before I was almost a clinically depressed individual with PIED who was wandering through life not knowing what the hell is wrong with him.

In 2020 I can say I am not the same man - I know and accept my flaws, work to correct them, already achieved much and determined to achieve more and never stop!

Yes, my streak now is still small, but I plan this to be my first challenge of the new year - finish what I started and get on with bigger challenges in life.

This is my retrospective of 2020 - both a terrible year and a great year! Never stop wanting and working to improve! It is worth it! You WILL cure all your health or mental issues you set out to cure here! I can promise you that! Just stick with it long enough! As you can see sometimes it takes 90 days, sometimes it can take more than a year! Both cases it is worth it!

Whoever is celebrating - have a great time whoever you are with (but do it responsibly in the current circumstances) and I will see you in 2021!

finally new year 2021 begins have taken many resolutions this year to change myself including my career and studies but the most important (top tier priority) includes this NoFap thing. i have sincerely started a new fresh 90 days challenge NoFap challenge from today and i will 100% be able to beat it .. i have it said it .. now no one can pull me back ..not even my dirty creepy mind with same disgusting thoughts.. i will keep posting everyday to be able to prove to myself and to all out there who r reading this ..no jokes this time !!
