The thing is many of us never experienced the power and benefits from awakening our consciousness. Most of us are being slaves to lust and wasting their sexual energy down the drains and waste bins, staying in the condition where we are not dead but neither we are alive because our consciousness and bodily functions are being constantly suppressed by indulgence in all kind of behaviors(like pmo,sex for the sake of sexual plesure=lust(not procreation), sleep deprivation, alcohol , drugs, shopping, overeating, talking without break etc) suppressing our life from unfolding to its potential. Most of us are like powerful ferraris which never leave chained garage(the chains are our self defeating behaviors) and riding in small circles inside unable to leave debilitating harmful behaviors behind because we never bother to do a proper introspection of our lives,to find what is most important to us and then put it where it belongs to the first place instead of doing nothing and putting it on hold until one day...that one day is always today, always now as long as we are physically and mentally capable. Some of us leave porn behind but keep engaging in MO and sex,as well is in the tonne of other behaviors and self defeating habits attitudes, which is in reality -deceiving yourself. What changes do you expect to experience if you keep leaking, if you are using more power than you accumulate? This challenge is for those honest with yourself and capable of some self control, those who can saw seeds and properly care for them ,instead of eating them, to see harvest in due time.
The rules of this challenge(一生的貞潔與純潔) are simple(they are meant to stop you from slowly killing yourself, wasting the time and quality of your life and to strengthen your awareness of yourself ,of your place in life):
    *No PMO.
*No women for men( as an object of sex and of sex related fantasies ) and likewise for women.Treat every man and woman you encounter as a fellow human being-brothers and sisters in God.
    *No wet dreams/nocturnal emissions.

If any of the three basic rules above is broken you have to reset the counter.
    * Follow these supportive rules-habits the best you can diligently(in order to direct and allow for expansion of your life-energy in the ways beneficial to you and to your environment) and accounting daily on each of them(*start with the ones you are capable of doing and try to expand them as your consciousness gets expanded :) either in short (done ) or better expand in relevant details:
1)Pray to God as per your understanding at least twice daily(morning and evening)
2)Stay accountable daily(*if short on time or brain tired just say Hi, I am alright :)) here, reporting on your progress, perceived benefits and report-analyze your relapses in detail.Do it last thing in the evening before prayer and bed or if possible right after relapse when it is still fresh in memory as well as reasons-excuses why.
3)Study about reboot, semen retention or Brachmacharya daily for at least 15 minutes/day(*if 15 minutes are not easy than start from 5 minutes and gradually build up) as well as about what Lust is and how it is and was fought against . Like martial arts defense moves moves against lust attack have to become unconscious to become effective, so it is important to know and keep practicing. Like breathing, going out, calling friend etc as well as knowing the ways you get attacked-exposed to something stimulating wrong feelings-thoughts. The first thing is to recognize that you are under attack and your former self tries to convince you to go back to old ways by reviving memories and those dopamine -pleasure producing expectations....thats where ,as soon as you recognize it,you have to say no,you have to turn your eyes away,to become deaf to 'sirens' call to death and stay loyal to your new image of yourself. No one can serve two masters and there should be loyalty and faithfulness to the chosen way.
4)Take cold shower daily (if you are healthy ,if not recover your health enough first). Swim-dive in the river,lake,sea-ocean counts as a perfect shower !:)
5)Guard your eyes from nudity and indecent views.
6)Work on development(maybe development should be substituted with more relevant word-use, for whatever inborn skills-qualities we possess they are to be used in their intended ways) we of your God given talents as they are perceived by you.(update 4.2.2021-If you have many talents from God do prioritize them in order of usefulness and goodness for the people and nature around you, and never let less important to take place of the most important.)
7)Work on your career, change it if you feel it's wrong one and ask God if you are not sure which career path to follow. Ideally you should use your most important talents in your career-work daily and your work-career should make a full use of them thus taking them to a new level...
8)Engage in physical activities, either at work,or doing sports/workouts or running etc
*7)and8)Will require a thorough self-honesty, observation and the ability to set yourself goals, prioritize and plan accordingly, as well as follow with the chosen path.
9)Eat moderately and healthy, looking for the better ways to do it,experimenting to find out what really best suits you.Ask yourself why do I eat? What is more important to me clear-mindedness and ease of movement or feeling of full stomach, sleepiness and heaviness in moving around?:)
10)Go to bed early and wake up early,do not stay up late. When you are tired and want to sleep,do not use coffee or energy drinks to stay awake in the evening .Treasure your sleep time.(if your sleep needs improvement study research about it and apply)
11)Do not use alcohol, drugs or any intoxicants which take control out of you.
12)Avoid Evil Thoughts and Feelings (AEFF)-analyze your thoughts and feelings through the day ,remembering that evil thoughts do inflict physical damage to the body, mind and spirit.
13)Keep track and perform the necessary daily tasks/activities that are due (like paying bills, washing clothes, keeping your house(room, apartment, dwelling) clean and tidy, keeping good clean appearance of yourself, tracking your expenses etc. by doing forward planning of them preferably in the evening before.
14)Meditate at least for 5 minutes(for new to this practice) and increasing as you advance to the limits set by your body. But mind it-the limits will step aside as you progress.
15)Do declutter you living space for at least 15 minutes daily, declutter your life as well by simplifying it and reducing unnecessary stress .
    16) Clean your environment-do a good deed for the community you live in and pick up some rubbish laying around like bottles, plastic bags, paper etc. do it as much as you feel comfortable with it may be a sandwich bag or a big bin bag. By practicing this habit we develop our courage, our ability to do what's right no matter what, destroy your fear and shame of doing what is right and good!
    17) Plan at least one not necessary(but very beneficial for you) task for the coming day the day ahead and do it.I recommend you to start with Just one task you are sure to accomplish and expand it from there bit by bit.
    18) Progress in RYP(%)(*that is on condition that you have a goal and fully committed to achieve it :)). In the time allowed feeling the reality of it lets you know.
    19) Control your speech. Don't talk unnecessarily, make every word you speak count and have a good purpose. Don't swear and call others any derogatory names even in your mind where nobody hears for our heavenly Father hears what is said in secret-silence in our minds.
    20) Work on your ability to visualize - imagine for at least 5 minutes a day(AVI for short).
    21) Be grateful for at least one thing, experience, circumstance in your life
every day, the more you can find to be grateful for the better and not rush like through the chore but feel the gratitude and appreciation of it in your life.

I wanna be celibate since I lost someone I love because of sexual immorality.. but I still lust and get erection from looking at other women in real life but it's from fantasy so I kno I can stop it, I know lust in general is hurtful to other women because it breeds jealousy and also contempt (I don't kno if that's frowned upon or not) but definitely anger an in some cases sadness especially if in a relationship which goes without being said you should only have eyes for your mate.. easier than done right? but with practice it gets easier not to lust and to have the mind state of not even caring to look without a third thought in mind an eventually won't have to say anything to myself at all, just an inherent feeling of not caring. shoulder shrug vibes.

I wanna work on my career, becoming a financial success (100,000 or close to it before the end of this year. an then a millionaire)
an most importantly raise my son to be better than me who's already three (mentally, spiritually and physically.. he's my blessing and soul purpose for doing this him and his mom I want her to never have to work unless she wants as well as contribute to mental spiritual and physical soundness.
I would like to start now.. so if I am welcome I would like to join this forum group and wish everyone the best on their life's dreams and much success amen

That's not too bad, but you've got to be accountable daily by all 15 points you see in my check in,that is of course if you are serious about completing the challenge.
Well brother this form of lazy accountability is not acceptable here please do full account on each of the 15 rules to follow every day. This is not for me but for you to be able to complete the challenge. To your success.

It takes some understanding to stay cheerful and calm when fasting.

Brothers today I have discovered a weird trigger to arousal. I never before seen it as trigger-it's a sitting cross-legged on the chair, apparently it can create feeling of arousal due to the thighs pressure on the reproductive organs and the best remedy is to correct your sitting posture and sit the way you sit in church whilst praying and thinking about God to extinguish the arousal.
