Hey guys I’m on day 32 and I think I might of slipped up a bit. I was on my phone looking a hot pictures of girls in bikinis I did it on and off for about 45 minutes. I didn’t even get turned on by it my dick was still shriveled like a rasain. I didn’t get horny like a urge to masturbate but I felt bad about doing it though. Does this count a relapse if so do I do a hard reset and nut.

It seems as if your brain is trying to trick you back to PMO. You see, when you slip up a bit (opening Pornhub and then closing it or watching some pictures) your brain will be like: " You'v already fucked up so why don't just go all the way and PMO". That is classic. Watching pictures of girls in bikinis isn't neither relapse or reset.

Note that I (as an experienced 'Fapstronaut') am sceptical about some of the things here.
If I interpret this correctly, I think that maybe 1 in 20 of the relapses I've had in my life would be counted actual relapses. Isn't people abandoning their recovery plan actually quite rare? [IMG] The only times in which I've done this is when I had decided that I would change my tactics, and relapsed once or twice just before, because I was going to start fresh anyway (of course this is not sensible [IMG]).

But if you deliberately masturbate to porn, you are abandoning your recovery plan: no masturbation to porn!

Is this a philosophical issue? I don't think so. I doubt many people here would deliberately masturbate to porn. It seems that it's only after the climax that we realise what we've done.

Did someone make you masturbate to porn in those remaining 19 "relapses"?

I think that arguing about a definition of word is pointless. But it in my opinion, for porn addict, masturbation to porn is an abandonment of a recovery plan nevertheless. I don't think that unintentional masturbation to porn is even possible, to be honest.

Well, the source you linked disagrees, as the whole point of that article is arguing about the definition of the word. [IMG]
I can sympathise with that idea. However, then the part I quoted doesn't make sense, because in that case a one-time slip-up by accident or a fluke occurrence where you don’t give up on the recovery process doesn't exist. [IMG]
But if you don't fancy pursuing the discussion, that's fine. I'm not very passionate about it myself.
