Day 4/7! Over halfway!

5 days complete.

 

Day 7!!!

But I slipped only couple hours after so I will continue fighting in this challenge.

I relapsed because I couldnt stick to my plan.
Around 1am injured my left foot and the only thing I can do is laying in bed and try to stay still as much as possible.

I played too much with my thoughts.
The standard strategy - going for walk, changing posture, which work the best for me wasnt possible.

Still I consider this as good accomplishment and step forward.
Now its time to take another step forward and start with
