Day 3/21. Long day, but very productive at the beginning and was able to relax and enjoy myself towards the end of the day!

Day nine complete. The energy levels in the gym is better and not tired throughout the day.

 

Day 1, Starting again.

 

Day 21/21! Moving on to the 30 day challenge. 2021 is off to a good start

 

Day 4/21. A bit stressed with work, but got through the day. So glad it’s about to be Friday!!

 

Made it to 10 and I can try again with day 0.

21-21 it felt longer, next challenge!

 

Day 5/21. Long stressful week. But I made it through the whole week! Really looking forward to relaxing this weekend.

 

It has been 3 days since I wrote here
now I am at day 22 this is means that i made it through this challenge
I feel very proud of me and I think nofap now is not just a detox challenge but a lifestyle for me.
I love it and I hope so I will keep going and going because self improvement has no limits
I wish all of you guys that are here will make it through this challenge as I did
