so i have a frequency of about 20 days right now,i plan on completing 90 days hard mode ,but emissions are like kryptonite, one of my primary motivation is youthfulness and having large energy reserves but since i am also preparing for a masters program ,i cant focus on nofap and studies ,and my work all at once.

My friend,You dont need to focus in this forum.Just make it a habit not to PMO.Its okay if you a are engaged with some duties and not able to use the site.Practicing NOFAP do not need to check here compulsorily.U try not to PMO consciously so that you will get more time for your other works.I bet you can perform well if you go like that.Once again, its not the number of days that counts but how much you've changed from this shitty habit

by nofap i meant practising abstinence as resisting the urge requires focus and concentration, but i need focus and concentration to prepare and instead of solving questions my mind is on other things, maybe i should do just one thing at a time, but i know abstinence helps clear the mind when practised regularly but my exam is in two months and i have to prepare a lot

You will do better at everything else by keeping up with NoFap. I would have completed my master's degree more quickly if I had had NoFap then!

If you plan to abstain from pmo for 90 days and then relapse then forget about it altogether and relapse now. But if you want to get rid of this shitty thing forever do it as soon as you can. You'll get numerous benifits but the first 5-6 months are the hardest. Just remember if you relapse now you'll surely regret it later in your life. Nofap is an investment. It doesn't bring you quick results.

Your studies will suffer if you don't continue. I guarantee that. The investment in NoFap will also be an investment in your studies.

    1. Apply for a private study carrel.
    2. Buy a laptop cable lock, and keep your laptop locked to the carrel.
    3. Set a schedule of time where you do your work, and reading, in the private carrel. Consider it a full time job.
This will keep you more on top of your studies, and you won't be able to fap, because you'll be at home so infrequently.

the study carrel is a great idea for studies, but i share a room with two others and there isnt much space ,and I dont want to block or lock websites ,i want to have that level of control that even if im in a strip club, the thought of giving up wouldnt even enter my mind, and i was very close to that in my previous attempts,I think all i need is a good solid start, then i can take advantage of the momentum, but to build a momentum a require focus and i cant divide my focus on three things right now,a day job and studies are a handful to manage.

Using blocking at first to get yourself started. When you feel more confident in your self control, you can stop using filtering/blocking software. You can also use accountability software, and not the filtering features. That means you can get to any website you want, but someone who gets the accountability report will see what sites you went to. So, you're relying on your self control, just giving yourself added incentive. You could go accountability & filtering for a couple of months, then just accountability for a couple of months, and then remove accountability reporting as well. I would, each time you remove one, do it for a trial period - say a week - and put it back on no matter how good you feel about your self control. Then, after it's been turned back on for a week, you can think objectively about whether you could really do away with it for longer. You could start gradually increasing your length of time without a safety net; a week without the software, two weeks with it, two weeks without, two weeks with, three weeks without, two weeks with, four weeks without, two weeks with, four weeks without, one week with, five weeks without, one week with, and so on, or something like that. I totally understand you want to have that control, but don't force yourself to have it immediately. Build up that control over time. You want to build it up as a life long skill, and we all have to admit we don't really have that skill right now. Don't try to suddenly have that skill; you have to learn it over time. You don't learn to drive, or read, or kick a soccer ball, in one day. All skills take time to learn, and this is no different.

too much ego ,aint no software gonna tell me what to surf....machines cant win....besides,i have done it previously without any software or even this site,so i can rely on myself, this post isnt about how to control it,its about what should i do,abstinence requires focus, and preparation requires my undivided attention, suppose i am solving questions ,fighting the urge while solving them wouldnt let me totally focus on it,isnt it better to just get it over with and continue my studies, maybe this is a loophole,or an excuse, but i really need a good score

Ego is your enemy in any endeavour of self-improvement.
