    Day 4 checking in. Feel myself slipping into bad habits that can lead to slipping up. Specifically, procrastinating at work. Procrastinating leads to guilt which leads to a desire to escape. Going to try to break through this procrastination, but at very least will remain aware of the guilt it produces and find a healthy way to deal with the guilt. Unfortunately, the PM issue is directly tied to many other deeper issues. Thank you all for your support.

  6. I tried this challenge at the beginning of this year and I managed to get 10 days bat then I relapsed and PMOed until a few days ago. Currently I am on day 3, Unlike last time I am going to post here daily so I can keep myself accountable.

    Day 5 checking in. Exhausted today, which can be a trigger. Not feeling particularly vulnerable to slipping up right now, but want to be vigilant nonetheless. Thank you all for your support.

    Today:

    I now make ice cold showers with snow water.
    I bought a few tubs and can now empty the water over me several times.
    After the medium cold water from my pipe I have always felt only tensed, but after the ice water I feel really good.
    That is how it should work I guess.
    Currently there is snow at my house, but it will soon go away.
    I am thinking about ways to get cold water throughout the rest of the year, but it's not so easy for me as I have only a small room with a tiny freezer.
    But anyway I have to tackle the fight for my goals again.
    My life is quite fucked up since christmas, but givin in to all the pity doesn't make it better.
    I improved on the small goals ut now I have to get stronger.
    I will fight to reach all my goals tomorrow.
