Day 7. Yesterday I discovered tik tok and installed it... was the worst thing i could have done. After spending hours scrolling down and uninstalling it and re installing it about 3 times, today i woke up absolutely depressed. but at least i can´t relapse anymore, I have no more access to porn, cause every time i relapsed i made sure i make my defences stronger. I´ve come to a point in which i have to lose absolute control in order to do the things needed to disable the porn blockers, and that wont happen.

next week i´m going on vacation and since i will be sharing room with other people and won´t have much internet access there won´t be any chance to try and peak.

Day 6 - exhausted again today, but feeling good overall. Thank you all for your support.

Day 64:

Today is my 64th day to overcome, I am really happy to reach this goal. I do not wish even to the worst enemy to go back to what I was before, it is so worth it.

I feel that my work is going better, I am performing better than before. I don't get tired as much as before, and now I am left with the desire to work more and more. Besides, I started to be conscious. I have been doing a daily 5-minute meditation for four days in a row. I love to relax, as I wear hearing aids, and I have zen music, so I turn on the zen music and relax. It teleports me to another world, it is fascinating to immerse myself in that experience.

I retire to work, here I leave a picture of me with meditation.

Day 71 just finished at midnight, onward to 72. My goal is to go forever without PMO.

Guys, how do you win the fight against yourselves? I have a voice inside me that constantly tells me what is good or wrong but another voice litterally says i don´t give a fuck, I want this, now. And they are constantly fighting until one wins
