    Nice, I like this. :)
Yes, I cried my eyes out confessing to my mum. It was so hard to reveal the real me to her, especially as we were/are so close. She was disappointed that I couldn't tell her years earlier. But she has been very loving and supportive from that day. I know what you mean - lying to your mum saying that you were going to visit a friend but really going to submit to your master. The shameful things are behind us and we are now heading in the right direction. And look, you are at 70 days! :)

Day 12. Have been feeling strong lately and consequently less motivated to check in. The fact that when I log in every day I see numbers in the 150+ range leads me to push through this lack of motivation. Even if I feel like I don’t need to check in every day, building this rhythm will give me the strength to push through an connect with this community o days when I’m feeling weak. Thank you all for your support.

    Day 71:

I've already passed 70 days, so I'm happy. When I reach 90 days, I will stop keeping track of the days. I will still have the counter, but I will look at it from time to time.

    Did you know that pornography....

    • Generates over $94 billion a year, yes, with a B for Barcelona.
    • Pornography's annual web traffic equals the traffic of Netflix, Amazon, and Twitter combined.
    • There are over 1 billion porn videos ready to destroy your life.
    • The definition of pornography is prostitution on the screen.
    • More than 50% of those pornographic videos out there are sexually exploited people, raped, threatened, people who don't want to continue, but are forced.
    • Every click we give to those videos, we help to increase the work of these exploited people, and we help to destroy their lives.
    • It destroys the happiness of ourselves.
    • They are up to twice as likely to destroy our marital relationships.

It's heartbreaking data, we must stop pornography. If we want to have new friends, if we want to be happy, if we want to be conscious, it's time to quit pornography. It's time to start a new life, be happy.

Remember, that every click we make to a pornographic video, we make ourselves responsible for what can happen to that exploited person that can lead to suicide, murders, etc.

Finally, here is my motivational phrase: "If you want to motivate others, be the example".

I leave you a nice picture I took today while walking through these nature areas. I want to be free, what about you?

    Hello!

Oh, wow. I feel sorry for your case, and at the same time you have relieved yourself of this burden by telling about your addiction problem. It's very difficult, yes, but these are things that happen. So you've been brave too.

When I told my mother about this problem, I had a rather nervous laugh, and she understood that everything is true about what happened to me because of this addiction to pornography. At least we are free.

    Courage!
