no pmo, for the first 6 months atleast, i introduced masturbation because i was curious to see how it would affect me, ended up lowering my sex drive , i introduced a very limited amount so overall wouldn not reccommend

otherwise i just did the basics, some tips tho, i dont think you can get rid of pied without having sex and rewiring you need to get past that original fear of fail , after it becomes really natural

i didnt date during the rebooting process, i turned down relationships out of fear of embarrassment. i hooked up with one girl at month 6 and that was the first sexual experience throughout the entire reboot, she was just a one night stand. and i got hard, but not enough for penetration, at this point , shame wasnt an issue anymore, my body was just not ready yet. it wasnt till about 3 weeks ago that i found someone to rewire with, so i didnt use multiple women, and im now getting back into dating. is she my girlfriend tho ? well we both like each other but shes way two old for me, shes 30. so no i dont love her or anything, im just comfortable with her and its a good opportunity to rewire.
i wont reccommend rewiring with multiple women, its harder. you need to find someone youre comfortable with and someone who takes time, i came into this a virgin, with erectile dysfunction on every sexual experience, so trust me i understand your fear.
