10 MONTHS NoFap STRAIGHT

    10 months of NoFap today
    i´m so happy but also vigilant today I blocked ig, youtube, porn sites and even google
    of my phone.
    Im going to expend all day studying and going to do 40 min at the gym for chest, chest day brah!!

    Huge congrats for ur huge streak ..... I hace some questiona to ask if u dont mind :-:

    1- Did u experience PAWS( withdrawls). and after how many months u got out of it??

    2- Did Nofap cure ur social nervousness and self conciousmess while talking or being eith anyone ??
    3- Did it help Brain fog / derealization feelnig ? & when?

    4-Can nofap cure depression ??

    Please answer my questions because I am feeling Hopeless... I am currently on 7 months pmo free streak and feeling Insane depression and social nervousness.., and huge brain fog everything feels unreal like a movie. Cant remember what happened yedterday .... Depressed , unable to laugh genuinely...and very self concious when in public... even after 7 months there is no sign of hope..

    Hello, thank you. It´s been a surreal experience this 10 month streak I´m going to try to answer your questions
    1. No I didn´t have any withdrawls
    2. Well in general i don´t have social nerviousness but when I fap i do feel a little less confident It´s just a matter of lifting a heavy ass weight session specially squats and I feel just as confident before the withdraw.
    3. Yes, it helped to erase any feelings of derealization and brain fog almost all gone at the 7 month mark of nofap.
    4. yes it can cure depression but also it can increase it.

    I think you are having something that zen practitioners call kundalini syndrome you have too many sexual energy and its masculine energy semen retention, so too much of a good thing can be bad if not handle properly.
    Tantric practitioners usually last 16 years or more of nofap its quite common for them because they now how to balance their masculine and feminine energy.

    so right now you are making an effort to not loose energy that is repression not sublimation and also you are not balancing your femenine energy, you can do nofap for 1, 2 or 3 years by using your force of will eventually one day of high stress, illness, lasyness or a wet dream and you will relapse or simply loose your semen in dreams.

    what also has help me in this streak well i dated a lot last year so i became acquaintance of female nature also I found a women with whom I fell in love and I practiced tantric sex with her a great deal I experience sexuality has I never did before we are no longer together but that experience changed everything I connected sexual energy to love and i realice love beats sex and whats really profound and mistic is sex with love, now I dont even consider pmo is so cheap meaningless tasteless compare to that experience of having non ejaculatory sex with a woman that you love and she loves you back. And the power that comes along with it is unbeliavable.

    but the difficulty is finding such women, women are tricky and a good women with such uninhibited sexual expression is even harder to find, but to be honest that was it, I experienced love trough sex, it changed everything. And it takes time and a lot of sex with the right girl.

    right now I´m celibate by choice, I consider myself attractive i lift weights, I´m a physician several women have tried to have sex with me since the break up with my girlfriend but i have no intentions to do so I feel no love towards them nor I think I´ll love them so thats why i refuse.

    I mean I even reject sex!! that has never happen before, love changes you a sincere sexual practice will change you also by knowing women you also realice there is a price emotionally, economically, also your freedom and peace of mind its jeopardiced by being with one of them.

    so also knowing female nature you loose that idealized desire for women wich subconsciously its a big cause of Fapping.

    but its important to recognice love and the female aspect that lies within you, its easy at the begining with a couple and if that is the case just date and you will start no notice it and notice your female nature.

    also i do solo practices I do apnea every morning 2-3 min no breathing for 20-40 minutes will help to balance and move all that seminal energy of your scrotum

    and do headstads 20-40 min a day to that will move the energy from your sexual organs to your head

    And if you have social anxiety with girls start by talking to them in dating apps or chats I learned to talk to girls after I did a class of creative writing in the university, I applied it to girls and what i learned its that you just have to be yourself be bold and spontaneous never reharse what you say to a girl just say whatever comes to your mind at the spot that is also really fun your are just making things up like a madman and dont even care what she might think just have fun after you do it in your phone in person will be more easy but its the same thing. also practice practice practice, practice makes master.

    Also search mantak chia for balancig energy solo practices it helps a lot
    pranayama, yoga, movement practice, lifting weights, eating healthy also great aids,
    dont look any girl on the streets only look at the one you are hitting on other wise refrain, keep your senses under control.

    LIFTING HEAVY WEIGHTS EQUALS STRONG ERECTIONS AND STRONG CONFIDENCE


    In general I always approach a girl like a heavy lifting session I have to be mentally and psychologically 100% and its not even about being confident its just extreme focus because if im not, the weights can kill me or cause a serious injury and sex can be mediocre its not just enjoying an orgasm is making a girl come before you and also enjoying the experience but I also take a pride in being a good lover you cant fail in that!

    even if you are just meeting the girl what you are presenting its not words its your sexual energy towards words and your demeanor.

    the erections become softer only in relapses and if i fap alot and have sex right away, generally that only happen one or twice i think and usually is because i relapse do a heavy training session and then have sex, usually is combining relapse with training and sex its just too much at the same time.

    I think in general my erections and confidence towards girls never decline too much because I kept lifting heavy weights you can not be a fapper and lift heavy not necessarily because the energy you loose in ejaculation but because the psychological part of it, if you dont want to fap but you fap it means your desires beat you. And lifting heavy at least in my case its not just a physical thing its more a mental work to be able to overcome the feeling of fear so if I want to lift heavy constantly I can NoFap very often. So thats why heavy lifting equals strong erections and strong confidence.

  8. I think it depends on the person. What's helping me is having a healthy routine as best as I could, which means having a good meal of many nutritions but not overeating, having a daily jog, getting to sun daily, cutting artificial sugar, and stimulants of caffeine, if you drink alcohol cut it or reduce it as best as you could. You have to stop edging and fantasizing by every form. Also try to reduce nocturnal emissions(you can do that but needs a bit of knowledge) because its frequency makes things worse.

    I Also think that wet dreams can be stopped , But still havent learned that skill....But my frequency is not that bad.. I have one in 20- 25 days gap

    Very few people would go on and talk about the impact of holding breath for such a long time consistently, even fewer people who will recommend doing head stand and that too for the crazy periods of time like you have. Can you please answer whether you are indian or not, because that will explain a lot of things.

    I am also aiming to keep yoga very high on my recovery sessions to get out of this shit. Also a lot of people made me realize that when you workout, your brain also learns to handle pain and develops accordingly. You also explain that after lifiting heavy weights, you feel very good. Anyways, kindly please answer these questions, then I have a few more to question you.

    Im not indian, i just like yoga and meditation

    I dont hold my breath for 20 min straight if Thats what you mean. I practice Apnea for 20 min,I hold my breath several times during that time . Also I do different headstands for 20 min even do sometimes I do hold the pose for a long time.

    Lifting weights is a way to transform your sexual energy into muscle also its very explosive so you spend many energy and also dopamine is release and other hormones so you feel happy that way the need to PMO is reduced

    No no, of course you dont hold your breath for 20 mins, thats not what I meant. But the thing is, this breath retention, even with short bursts, like you do, is soo helpful. In fact, if you dont know it already, I have been reading a loooot of stuff about the Bandhas and the way they act like valves of the body and their impact is sooo soo huge. Just in case you dont know about them, or you do know, but dont have in depth knowledge, kindly purchase the book Light on Yoga by BKS Iyengar, he has been awarded the third highest civilian award in India for his work in Yoga. I know a book on Yoga seems ridiculous, I also bought it only because of his name and Yoga practise, and just assumed that the book will have general guidelines, which we probably know already, but man, this book was something else. The level of detail, the dos and donts mentioned therein were amazing to say the least. No wonder he developed a new sort of Yoga which is called Iyengar Yoga.


    As for Shirsasana, I absolutely adore this asana, and it is rightly mentioned as the King of all asanas. Now since you already practise it, therefore I dont need to tell you the benefits. btw for how long do you do the headstand pose, I do it for close to 6 minutes and then it becomes too much for me. Even this stage of 6 minutes, I have taken a lot of time to reach here.

    Yeah great book, sure I do bandhas and kriyas too beside Apnea, I do them for 10-20 min.

    Headstands I do some for 6-7 minutes too, also I try to do difficult variations to make it more fun.

    And some days I add handstands and those days I can do 1hr of just handstands and Headstands.

    Wow, 2 things

    1. Very few people have read that book and the fact that you have read it means you are serious about yoga. I like that. With regards to bandhas, can you tell me how many do you do, and for what duration and what did you feel after that.

    I am here talking about the Maha bandha..which involves all the three bandhas simultaneously. Now when I do them, I try and do them for 5-11 times... however since I can't hold my breath longer therefore it takes me max 6-7 minutes to do this. I mean this is something where I want as much detail as possible from you. Very few people do bandhas...so details are important...also it's not like sun salutation...where you can just go and sweat it out...it's highly technical...and from what I've read, extremely highly rewarding as well. But reading is one thing... listening from a fellow fapstraunaut is even better. Please give all the things...as to how many did you do earlier...for how long did you retain that bandha....then what did you feel...when did you feel the need to increase duration as well as the number of maha bandhas.

    2. You say that on some days you do headstands for one hour....now is that correct or did I read it wrong. Because this is crazy level stuff...that not even many professional Yogi's can do man.

    PS.- Of course I like yoga man. If I don't like yoga despite being an Indian..then I should be declared an official idiot. It's amazing.

    Light on yoga is good, there are many good books about yoga if you want to know more abour breathing and you like Iyengar he has a book called Light on pranayama,

    yeah sometimes i spend long time doing headstands and handstands, not as much as I would like to, because I do other practices.

    usually I do the three bandhas when doing apnea,deathlifts, also when doing nauli kriya. Uddiyana bandha is also one of my favorites

    Of course I also bought Light on Pranayama soon enough, but I havent given it such a detailed reading because i just try to do 108 Sun Salutations, then 10-15 mins of Kapal Bhati, then some bandhas, then Headstands.

    As for the fact that you loved uddiyana bandha, all the time I keep on reading that it increases Sexual power as well..or maybe it was with regards to the Mula bandha.


    You know what I just realized, I have a lot of questions to ask to you, can we please talk over Telegram or skype or hangout??
