Hi guys. I relapsed today and in this month many times. This is my day 0. I will try it again.

 

I have a terrible headache I don't know the reason. Maybe because of PMO

 

I was having a login issue that prevented me from posting.. weekdays of nofap was fabulous because I was working.. today I'm alone and almost considering of relapse, peeking as well.. I was out of my mind for half an hour. Now I realized what a fool I was .... And it's gone and back to zero.. am at day zero guys! What has accumulated has to go out in some fashion.. I will clean my mind and try again. Will be back right now!

 

enough with all the relapses guys, we must stay strong!!

Iam getting back on track from my slip on Saturday. But the whole idea of nofap is awesome, even though I have never achieved 90 day streak. Looking back, my plan was to take small steps and increase them in time. Seems I was a idiot when I fapped many times a day. This forum had helped and the frequency reduced to one or two in a month. It's all in not peeking and not thinking about it . If you peek or think karma gets back at you. I still need to hit that elusive 90 day mark. Let's go!!!

 

Day 3 done. Homework is helping me.

Day 4 done. I have a terrible headache, but I've been very busy and I didn't have time to think about PMO. It's 3 am in my country and I am doing my homework. Again homework is helping me. We can do it!!

 

Went for a pilgrimage in a mountain. Feels awesome and nice to be back on track.

That's the way it works brother, finding ourselves in and out.. keep at it untill you find all the lapses

make a list of all sites that you need, and block everything else.
you wont find porn even if you want to then.
