Its going well! I enjoy these last couple of days, my mind is no longer only focused on P***. Instead I‘m more productive and energetic.

Day 20/90. Going to church today so that will be a nice break.

 

Day 1/90. Went to bed early to keep my early bird routine on schedule. I'm trying a few simple goals for the next 14 days:
No cussing. No idling, just going to keep my eyes focused on either the floor or straight ahead, no looking around to see other people, and especially no gawking at shapely women. And of course, I'll still avert my eyes while watching media online.
I'll check in tomorrow.

 

Day 63/90. Had a good day yesterday. I had a serious lust moment though during an SA call, just thought I really want to have sex now.. But the rest of the day I was doing things I enjoy that were productive.
