Two weeks guys!
It was the maximum at my earlier tries.

I feel motivaded, and, despite what I thought, lockdown here in Brazil is dealing good to my challenge, once I know I'm not going to see any girls in this period.

Complementarily, my focus on studies and talking to friends is helping a lot.
Mantaining contact to the forum and the friends stories here is awesome!

The better thing I did was to talk about the chalenge with some trusty friends, that I was sure that they will not make jokes or some stupid thing like this.

Day 7

 

At 10pm tonight that will be 7 full days without PMO. Beautiful sunny day here and planning to go for a long walk.

May also have some fun social plans this evening and a 3 day weekend to enjoy. Good luck all, stay strong!

 

Day 13

 

I don’t have an official answer but didn’t want you to think nobody is listening to your question. I would say start with Day 1 as it seems more positive to say “today is day 1 of 90” than “it’s been 1 day of 90” after the first day is over. I don’t think it really matters really but I understand your confusion and I have wondered the same.
