    Hi all,

I'm new here and wonder if anyone may have some helpful advice. I've just started semen retention and have abstained from masturbation for 5 days but when meditating this morning I found myself getting aroused and have since started to feel a little bit of aching in my balls. In the past when I've become highly aroused and haven't ejaculated I've experienced 'blue balls of love' where they've ached so much I've found it difficult to walk and then completely disinterested in ejaculating as there's so much pain. Has anyone else found similar problems and if so is there anything I can do to alleviate the pain and maybe re-circulate the sexual energy in a more healthier manner.

    Best wishes

    Paul

Hey man, when you have sexual thoughts blood will rush to that part of your body and prepare for ejaculation. You have to stop following your fantasies. 5 days is not a long time if we are considering any sort of physical ailment. It sounds a lot more like you have to get your thoughts under control than anything else.

That said, I know very little about you, you have not said that much, and if you DO believe that this is not due to fantasizing, you may want to look into prostatic congestion - here is a place to start. https://www.menshealthhandbook.org/phyiscal-impacts-of-porn

    Hi Peter (and Addict222),

Thanks for your message. Thanks for the info which I'll have a look at. I wasn't fantasising about anything but took my clothes off to meditate and found arousal arising naturally from the sensation of being naked. I've heard snippets of info from tantra practitioners giving me the impression that its possible to acknowledge sexuality without a particular fantasy in mind and circulate kundalini energy around the body instead of having it trapped in one place so I was interested to hear if anyone can verify this...I'm not sure trying to eradicate/block certain natural desires/thoughts sounds healthy either which is why I was wondering if there is a way of transmuting the energy around the body in a more holistic sense...I suspect there is no one rule here and I will look into the link you've provided me with along with reading some more of other people's experiences. Thank you both for reaching out to me.

    best

  4. The difference between so called usual urges and sensual tantric feeling of desire is 'space'. Behind every urges lies more vast and self fulfilling joy of life and sense of sensuality. The thing is that you need to relearn to breathe to urge, giving space to it, without taking action to change actual arousal state, without even thinking about change, letting them be, just feeling them to the fullest. If done properly, you will find that every desire is automatically self fulfilling. It's just another practice of meditation. In fact, according to my best experience and knowledge, rebooting without giving space to transmute urges into natural arousal and sparks of joy will lead to more resistance in body, thus stopping the full possibility to experience life. Resistance is 'one for all' action. Hard to describe, you must be at tantric point of experience to feel fully what I described. Urges during rebooting is key to greater fulfillment, repressing them is useful only at the beginning, next step is transforming them by simply not acting on them while fully feeling and breathing to them. With this, your feeling will change from the small area of penis and genitals to whole body, you will be (at moment of arousal) more sensual and energetic in body, more grounded and joyful.
This is main difference between usual unconscious sexuality and conscious sexuality - the space, holding the space inside, not resisting, not creating more resistance and suppression.

It seems that I went into this conversation knowing very little of what was being talked about.
What you describe sounds truly amazing - I have to try and experiment with it.

  6. Try it, new land awaits to discover ! Urges are tensions, and every tension is sign of energy awaiting, announcement of flow, because energy only flows between polarities in us. Itself urges are sign of life, given space they transform into pure energy of life and joy. With this practice you will be master of your sexual energy and focus, owning your life and purpose in every aspect of life, not only in sex.

MeTP...this sounds very resonant with the kind of thing my intuition feels called too. Thank you...I would also welcome a private chat if you were open to sharing more depth about this...and if not thank you for what you’ve already shared. Best. Paul

Do you have an erection when you're doing this?

  12. It depends on level of arousal. Usually I don't have erection or have it at 10 -15 %. In intimate relationship it's possible to have intercourse (and erection) while still giving space to energy of arousal and experiencing both.

Although im having a hard time now with porn, in the past when doing nodal I noticed too much testicle pain and congestion. I've decided to go on No-P but plan to masturbate like once every 1-2 weeks, to make sure to discharge excess semen and avoid congestion and pain. I got a friend that explained me like just go in a mechanical way just for that purpose, and would be good.
