We all are fighting this addiction so courageously.Each of us are different and what i felt is understanding ourselves and our problems can make a drastic change in our life and behaviors.Some People relapse>>Rise up>>Lose motivation>>again relapse and the cycle continues.While some others goes on counting the number of NOFAP days without trying something NEW to change themselves.

    Its all about how you are going to have a change in your life.Our Brain has plasticity.Believe me,you can recover from this.IT IS YOUR WILL POWER AND DETERMINATION WHAT COUNTS.

    Think about what all changes you wish to make in your life,think how can you make your dreams come true.Aim for it,Chase your Dreams.

    In one day we are wasting so many minutes unnecessarily(One among them was PMO-ha ha we realized it now).What i recommend to you all is JUST A 10-20Min MEDITATION every day. Dont hesitate to spare a little time for this.

    What meditation you use ? I am a complete beginner in this and I have no idea about it.

    I am practicing Chakra Meditation.Its a traditional type of meditation.Chakras are energy centers in our body assumed to be located in our spine.Energy get distributed to various organs from there. Google it and Know more about it.Its a good thing to learn

    I'll add as well that tomorrow I'm going to re-start a type of meditation called "The Envisioning Method." I wrote about it in my journal last week.
