Hi guys, I am on day 25 now of my reboot journey. I was a prone masturbator since I was 13. Back then I did it just with imagination. From the age 15/16 I got addicted to Instagram, I was almost every day follow 50 to 150 girls a day, not even half naked women, but just hot girls from my age. As I am a good looking guy (tbh) I was often able the fix the hottest girls on Instagram from my age. I literally never ever watched porn in my life, only did it like 5 times when I was 22 years old, but Tinder and Instagram were enough for me. When I was 17 I tried to have sex for the 1st time with a girl and I was able to get it up for like 50% only. I was almost everyday masturbating, some days 3x, some days 0x, then next day 1x, it was always different, but I always had the feeling that I did it way more then other guys without even have talked about it with someone. With the year it got worse. 9 months ago I had a relationship and when we tried to make love, I had a 0% (!!!) erection. Couple of weeks when we tried it again it was the same old song... :( . Everything got worse and we broke up (she was a very very bad girl so I don’t care now when I’m over it). I tried ED drugs, but that stuff really doesn’t work. Only when I took a cenforce 200mg I got a Boner but when I wanted to penetrate I already lost it and I was done for the night :/
since I am 22/23 years old I had crazy fatishes, I started liking fat girls and stuff like that, while that was totally NOT who I am!!
So to make it easy, I have been fapping 10 years a lot, and my stimulation were just Instagram pictures.
I deleted all my social media and I’m fully focused on my school and my own business now.
I am now in day 25 of hard mode nofap, and since day 1 I don’t feel anything happening down there, doesn’t matter if I am just at home or standing close to a hot girl in the supermarkt, literally nothing happens. Is this normall? Would like to hear some motivational story’s/ people who are cured from PIED that recognize some of my situations.

sorry for the big story and for my English.

Congratulations on realizing that social media abuse, it's very dangerous to young people, do you still get some involuntary erections like nocturnal or morning woods?

Thanks! No not at all, yes it’s just a little sensitive down there when I just wake up, but I really don’t get any erections, I guess I am sooo deep in the flatline! I’m now around day 30 (I don’t open my app to check my days) and I am still as deep in the flatline as when I started. I just noticed that I am not so “hungry” anymore to look at women outside.

It seems quite long for a flat line, what's frustrating you most right now?

It’s just weird, I’m just here to see how other people think about it. And I am curious about reboot process of other people

It's not that long dude, don't judge your progress based on other people's judgment. Think about it, your dick literally does not work with a woman, and it's not a physical problem, it's a mental one. It took you a long time to wire your sexuality to porn and it will take you a long time to rewire it to real women.

Think about the flatline as something positive, you don't have any cravings to PMO so just sit back and heal.

Flatline can be very long. My PIED was absolute for about ten years. It got to the stage where Cialis didn't work even if I took two pills. I just went bright red and got a back ache.

So I went hard mode and the benefits only started to have any effect at all after about six months. Recovery is slow but I had been heavily addicted for about 26 years. My behaviour got worse and worse and the only thing to do was hard mode. No roving for sex, no porn, no fapping, no gaming, no endless scrolling on Facebook and Instagram. A complete dopamine fast. The more I cut away addictive behaviour, the better I felt and then the first glimmerings of an erection started to manifest. It took ages in my case but getting my boner back isn't the only reason to throw away addiction. I realised it was stealing my life and ruining everything.

By the way, I went to an impotence specialist and they did a battery of tests on me. "Nothing physically wrong" was the conclusion. That was all I needed to hear. Knowing it's psychological is a strong message. The message is "Change your life".

thanks for your amazing message bro. Yeah I remember that the 1st sign of PIED was when I was 17 years old. It was exactly 1 week before I turned 18. I could get it up back then for only 50% so I wasn’t able to penetrate. I turn 24 in 2 weeks, so basically I have PIED for 6 years now. I never watched any porn, it was just pure Tinder, Instagram pictures etc, I could have watched those pictures for basically a couple of hours a day. Not even naked woman or something. I found out that I preferred pictures of curvy women with skinny clothes instead of girls in bikinis.. That’s where I ended. Since I stopped PMO since some 60 days ago I totally have no problems to maintain like this. I masturbated 14 times a week I think. So I hope my case is not that bad..
