A few minutes short of 100 hours. 2060 more to go for the 90 and if i reach it its just a step on the way. God grant me serenity to accept the things i cannot change,courage to change the things I can and wisdom to know the differance. How can i best serve? Thy will be done.

Day 7/90. I get less and less urges and when I do, I just remind myself of why I'm doing it.

Day 53/90. I’ve had a rough week with a ton of anxiety but stayed the course and my mind seems to be recovering now.

WARRIORS,
I just turned 40 and want to do something GOOD for myself and, consequently, those around me.
I just ended a toxic interpersonal situation and I'm ready to push myself to 90-days.
My longest streak was about 40 days.
I have committed to 90 Days without porn, masturbation, nor orgasm.
Today is day 11. I feel great. Staying up a little too late and not getting sufficient exercise. I'm gonna try jump roping.
