2 days. Nothing for temptations yesterday. All is well.

 

Day 362.

 

Checking in on day 99! Tomorrow I hit triple digits, which, well, is pretty cool given how different this period of sobriety has been for me. For today, I'm focused on being an awesome dad. Be well everyone!

I got these things done too! Time to start another day. I'm really trying to double down on good habits right now.

 

I had a great streak going, but relapsed yesterday and today.
I should have acted sooner, since I was fishing quite a bit the last couple of days. A relapse could have been avoided, but that didn't happen, which I am disappointed about, but the streak itself went very good. I am going to reflect on this relapse and change things that could've gone better. I believe it was one of my longest streaks (almost 70 days), so I am confident that I will be able to do this again!

Don't let your head down when you relapse brothers, but of course try to prevent a relapse.
I also wasn't very active on this site anymore. I will be here more often again. Much love!

It was almost 70 days. I try to not count the days too much though, I only check it every once in a while

Day 2. putting attention in any trigger

 

Day 137. Beautiful weather today. Looking forward to spending the day outside and soaking up some sun. Feeling really confident in my reset. The temptations have been less and less over time. Looking forward to making more progress.

Day 2!
Also kinda easy, but I had some bad surprises. The entrence exams to the university I aim to study have been cancelled ( here in Brazil we have difernt selection systems from the States), and this means that I'm gonna have to keep studying until the end of the year. It wasn't good news, but I'm aware of it and I'm also confident that it won't work as a trigger to relapse.

I realize i am addicted to youtube and some social media.
So i am going to use with more racionality the time i spend on it.
I realize too, that my urges recently appears again because some Youtubers put in there thumbnails "interesting women", so i unsubsribed to they´re channels to avoid it.
