That’s great dude, but regarding self development, or really achieving anything in life, it should be more about what we do than what we don’t do. You already cut the bad habits, which is key, but you oughta develop healthy habits to replace them. Idk I don’t know you or your goals, but regarding anxiety it’s best to just go out and interact with people or groups.. change is possible. Ten years ago I was having so much anxiety, I can’t even believe it now looking back, it was so bad..but that’s all gone now.. mainly because I stopped playing video games and started to be more social.
