    So I've reached 7 days of NoFap in almost 2 years. I'm feeling good and bad that I couldn't even do 7 days for years until today. I'm feeling changes in 7 days, not big changes but small ones. I'm aiming for 180 days now. Be with me guys let's do this together and end this vicious cycle once and for all. Let's get our lives back
