Day 0 because yesterday I relapsed like 2hours before midnight so today is my first full day

Day 3 of 7 successful. (Friday night couldn't sleep easily, but at the same time didn't go back to my old behaviours of PMD). Tough Journey ahead. But i will keep repeating the below.

I have relapsed today..... Day 0....I do not understand how to tame myself ... It seems that I can never quit this addiction ...

DAY 1 completed, fuck yeah!
I got sloppy in the morning, stayed a bit longer in bed.
I will counter this morning laziness with morning walk + headphones and my favourite music -> it will be something too look for + quick awaking for me.
I will definetely leave the phone outside of my room.
I will stay away from any intetional sexual driven stuff on the internet.
Lately cant really help myself but click on all of these fucking adds which pop up all the time, because ofc I used to click at them so frequently (wont write concrete so I wont unintetionally trigger anyone).

I know what to do, so lets do it!

 

I asked about this and another incident to Infidel.48 and he didn't consider them relapses. I'm not 100% sure, but I guess it's reasonable to keep the day counting on, so: day 6/7.

Day 4 of 7 is succesfull. No PMD.

Noticed that getting attracted to beautiful women images (not nude/porn). But trying to stay aware and not resorting to my old behaviours.

 

But how long do I keep on battling with this problem. As the days go by, my work is also increasing and my depression is also increasing. It seems that I am dying as the days pass.

 

Me too man.I have lot of works to do.But still urges hit me and can't focus on a single work successfully.Try to work on some useful thing u enjoy.That will help u.

 

I can't do my favorite things even by wishing …… I am helpless…
