But how long do I keep on battling with this problem. As the days go by, my work is also increasing and my depression is also increasing. It seems that I am dying as the days pass.

 

Me too man.I have lot of works to do.But still urges hit me and can't focus on a single work successfully.Try to work on some useful thing u enjoy.That will help u.

 

I can't do my favorite things even by wishing …… I am helpless…

I guess I reached day 7/7, but as I'm not 100% sure that moment I mentioned before wasn't something that required of restarting over neither I feel happy with what happened, I will focus on getting into a 7 day streak counting since that moment and then start the 14 day streak challenge. I relapsed.
I just couldnt resist clicking some adds which included trigerring stuff.
Last relapses were trigerred by this and I knew wtf I am doing, but I just gave in.
