There is no point in saying anything about it. Got drunk -> pictures -> relapsed.

Day 4/four of 7/seven. I did it, let's just continue the progress and be productive today.

 

Don't give up nofap mates, you can do it, investigate the reasons that lead to the relapse and fix the problem.

 

i don't have the solution of my problems which lead to the relapse...

 

Well, don't worry much about solving it then, deal with this problem first cause we all have the solution to this problem... Maybe by the time you're done fixing this the other problem will resolve itself. God has a way of taking care of the problems we can't escape from. Just keep fighting this and don't let that problem be a trigger anymore. Dissociate the link between it and leading you to PMO. Divide and conqure my friend. You can do it.

PMO is an old trap that preys on the innocents for the satisfaction of lustrious wicked men. I am not a wicked man and thats why i turn away from it today.

I'm now on the other side of the country, arriving at new job tomorrow. Should be interesting...
