    I relapsed. It's extra hard to handle the urges in quarantine. If ypu have any advice for that, I'm all ears.

    do one thing at a time. that´s always what i do when i feel stuck or unmotivated. you may not feel happier or better, but at least you´ll get stuff done ;)

    focus brother, prioritize the reboot above all things. in fact, if you do that, all the other things will fall into place.

    Commit, 100%. 99% is not enough.

    cold showers, take them daily. they will also improve your mood dramatically.

    stay away from all kinds of eletronic devices, only use them with people around you. do other stuff, engage in other kinds of hobbies. even in lockdown we can do millions of things. we just need to brainstorm them, because quite often we´re used to empty dopamine draining activities.

    plan your day. ask yourself "how could tomorrow be a great day?", then brainstorm the answers, write them down and follow through ;)

    Checking in my friends.

    Feeling low as a million pennies :D. fatigue, brain fog, lethargy, you name it :D. however social anxiety is low, which i think is one more good consequence of quiting coffee :emoji_heart::emoji_heart:

    Felt a bit of urges today which cause me a tiny hesitation, but i hang in and pull it through.

    Oh well, these are the withdrawal days of my life :D. don´t know why i´m feeling ironic, maybe there´s some porn dopamine left in me :D.

    Do something you never done before. I recommend you to start with fast and prayer a lot of it and often.

    Day 174. Urges are strong today. I have some looming projects and I feel like procrastinating rather than working on them. This is usually where I run into trouble and feel the urge to M or watch P. Staying strong and pushing through.

    Don't watch more P in the next days, because just one video ,can make one thinking just in that(because the P is a strong event for the mind).
    More videos more it will be difficult to erase fast those images.
    You can do others activities for the distraction of the brain.

    Had this situation a lot, but I noticed that nothing calms your spirit more than a cold shower. Doing some exercises each day was also helpful and also made me look better. I am doing push ups and trying to do one extra push-up per day, however there will come a time when the spirit will be down so you need to make sure that you are doing at least half of what you do when you are pumped! My limit right now is 50 push ups in one set in the morning, however, due to some health issues I cannot stress my body anymore so I am doing 30 after a cold shower.
    Choosing creation when intrusive thoughts appear will help you focus more on the things you actually want to do... I recommend saying yes to at least 3 creative things (no matter how small) per day that would replace the intrusive thoughts.
     
  18. I’m not a religious person, everytime
    I pray I feel like a fake person.
    Meditation is what helps me most.
    I did cold
    Shower today it helped me aswel.
    I’m going to keep doing it a lot.
