    I don't feel I'm happy right now.
    Always, I feel that I'm missing out on something (not PMO), weird.

    Perhaps start of a flatline? Or just general FOMO(fear of missing out) if you stopped using social media.

    They both died elderly, while my chicken was killed by ants during the night :(

    Ya maybe that's a flatline.
    I've never used social media so that's ruled out.
    I've been a nonconformist, so sometimes it gets hard to see your ideals getting challenged.
    Do you know how to deal with flatlines?

    Well, i'm still learning as I go too. I'm going through PAWS and flatline, I dip in out in my recovery journey.

    I think it's great that you don't use social media, I have also cut it out entirely. Oddly enough, I only started an Instagram account for the purposes of PMO back then, never for personal use. I'll tell you a few things, feel free to experiment.

    1) Meditation ( I think this is non-negotiable) You will see your mood swing a lot, it's better to know how to let go then resist.

    2) Eat a clean diet. Meaning, no processed foods (added sugar/trans fat)

    3) Exercise to your capacity, sometimes flatline/paws is like a kick in the nuts to your energy level due to the rewiring in your brain. To the point of chronic fatigue for some. I still think you should try to keep a certain level activity and build very gradually if you have that chronic fatigue, with adequate rest of course. I.e Starting off with gentle yoga, morning stretches, working towards light walks/light stationary bike and then weightlifting when you can.

    4) Cut your screen time, typically you're on the computer out of boredom. Have a set plan as to what you're going to do on the internet. I.e visit nofap forum and post, watch a youtube video. I HIGHLY, suggest cutting down Youtube time during your reboot, I had actually quit it entirely at first. Now I allow myself around 1-2 hours in a day of that or TV with family.

    5) Journal, everyday and note your successes, no matter how small you might think it is. If this battle is about gaining 0.1% ground each day, then so be it, 0.1% is still better than not.

    Hope this helps man, keep going. I know the struggle of the flatline, trust me! It sucks, but when we get through it, we'll feel incredible.
