I don't think dating sites are working for me.

Discussion in 'Dating during a Reboot' started by Deleted Account, Jun 14, 2021.

  1. I recently joined a dating site called One BBW It seemed promising at first but I don't think it is working for me. Most of the women on there are not in my area, I thought it was free but nope. In order to talk to women you have to buy a membership first. I have money but I don't think this site is worth my time. The reason why I joined in the first place was to ease my loneliness and talk to women I am attracted to. But I don't think I'm doing myself any favors by visiting this site. Should I delete it?

'One BBW' seems like a very specialist site so I would personally avoid it. Women don't like to be put in boxes so I'm not surprised there are very few actual women on the site. Seems like a lot of these other 'niche' dating sites, which are basically designed to hook guys with certain tastes in and charge them money for access to what are at best catfishes and at worst escorts.

I've never had any real luck with dating sites/apps as they tend to have the opposite effect when it comes to easing loneliness. You're presented with an endless stream of women who you would love to talk to, but unless you're a Greek god with the coolest life, very few women will decide to match with you. This can be quite a blow to your confidence, especially if you're already feeling self-conscious.

Talk to real women in real life. Even if it's just the cashier at the local shop and you have no intention of dating her - just chatting with women informally does wonders for your self-confidence.

  3. But what if you are like me and are strongly attracted to BBWs?

There are plenty of plus-sized women on the most popular dating sites/apps. Nothing wrong with having a 'type', but going to a specialist site for that type of woman is dangerously close to looking for porn in my opinion. I might be wrong, but it seems like you're trying to scratch some sort of erotic itch rather than looking for genuine companionship.

  5. No I'm not If I were trying to scratch and erotic itch I would just go to "The hub." I want a genuine bond with a Heavyset woman.

  6. I will admit that I was 9 Years old when I first discovered I liked fatter women but I was too scared to talk to one because of Peer pressure.

There are plenty of dating sites that are free. Never pay for a service like this.
Olso if you are like a 7 or above you have a chance on dating apps. If you are less than that you are going to do awfull there, and yourselve steem is going to take a hugh hit.

  8. I got tinder 2 days ago and deleted it today because I got absolutely no matches whatsoever. You're far better off just approaching women in public - where you can have more of a first impression than just a picture/profile women can easily reject or ghost. If you want to ease your loneliness, omegle is good for that. I've met, talked to and got social medias from many women there.
